Paint return policy:
Color Factory’s tinted paint gallons are checked for accuracy before shipping.
We do not accept returns on paint orders.
Color Decks return policy:
Our experience has been that returned color decks in almost all cases had missing color cards and damage. Missing sheets, paint dabs, scuffs/scratches, folded cards, and destroyed binding ruin the decks for use by others. Due to those experiences, we do not accept returns on color cards/decks.
“Unused” Items and returns:
We do not accept returns on purportedly unopened items on web sales. Our experience is that “unopened” items were almost always opened AND used before a return attempt was made.
Limited Basis refunds/returns policy:
The default understanding is that web sales are final. The situations that call for refunds or returns have a high bar for scrutiny and are very limited in scope. Refunds, credits, or returns are up to our discretion and are not guaranteed.
